I’ve never posted any non-dessert related recipe but this is so good that I just have to share! My Aussie friends introduced this to me and we had such a blast making it together. Not only is it delicious, it is also very nutritious. Do you know that cauliflowers are excellent sources of vitamins and fibre? It is recommended by the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating to consume at least 5 servings of vegetables a day so this dish might be your ticket to meeting that target.
Ingredients for the base
Preheat the oven temperature to 180 degrees
Preparation time: 20min
Baking time: 15-20 min
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 90g cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Ingredients for the toppings
Preparation time: 10min
Baking time: 15-20min
P.s Feel free to add whatever toppings you like
- 200g canned tuna
- 100g mozerella cheese
- 1 whole red onion (sliced)
- 250g white mushrooms (sliced)
- 150g silverbeet vegetables (you can also use kale)
