Cauliflower crust pizza

I’ve never posted any non-dessert related recipe but this is so good that I just have to share! My Aussie friends introduced this to me and we had such a blast making it together. Not only is it delicious, it is also very nutritious. Do you know that cauliflowers are excellent sources of vitamins and fibre? It is recommended by the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating to consume at least 5 servings of vegetables a day so this dish might be your ticket to meeting that target.
