Banana marble cake
I love it when bananas go on sale at Coles – it means that I get to make banana bread or cakes again. Coles shopping is like my favourite thing to do – I love to see what is on sale and I can’t help myself whenever baking tins or equipment goes on sale. It is like an addiction haha. So my new toy for the week is a Wiltshire bundt cake tin – it was half price! How can anyone say no to that? Look at that perfectly shaped bundt cake! Oh that baking tin is now my favourite thing to use for cakes! So back to baking… today’s recipe is banana marble cake. Marble cakes are really easy to make even though it looks complicated. But essentially it is separating the cake batter into two and adding cocoa powder into one of them. Simple as that!
