Apple crumble

Apples are one of my least favourite fruits. For some strange reason, I hate the texture of it and I get goosebumps when I hear the crunching of the apple – weird, I know. However, since apples are in season now, I decided to give a go at an apple dessert. I had a hard time deciding between an apple pie or an apple crumble but I didn’t have the time to make the pie crust beforehand so I decided to make an apple crumble instead. For the apples, I used a mixture of Pink Lady and Fuji apples for a varied taste. Remember to peel and core the apples!
